Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide from Japan, offering payment via PayPal, Credit Card, and Apple Pay. 

Exact shipping fees are determined at the time of checkout based on actual product weights and your location. (example: 1 copy of CD to US ¥1,250 JPY~ / EU. ¥870 JPY~) 

In most cases, orders are shipped within 5 business days. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified. (Tracking options are available upon checkout)

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipping information.

Domestic orders normally arrive within 3-7 days of the ship date unless otherwise specified. Shipping delays can occur and we are not responsible for the speed at which orders arrive once they have left our facility.

International orders, we offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (tracking unavailable): estimated delivery within 10 to 30 business days to many regions
Registered Airmail (with tracking): estimated delivery within 10 to 20 business days to many regions
DHL Express Worldwide (with tracking), FedEx International Priority (tracking, 3 to 5 days): estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days to many regions
Please note that 'business days' do not include weekends or holidays.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to shipping addresses provided incorrectly. Shipping delays will occur if an incorrect address is provided at checkout.

If your package is returned to our facility due to shipping error, we will contact you for an updated address via the e-mail provided with your shipping information. If we do not receive a response within 10 business days, we hold the right to refund your order.


We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. 

This is subject to the buyer notifying the company within 7 days after receiving the goods and giving a description of the damage / defect. Please do not send items back without our permission.

We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been used or opened.


Except in the case of damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders, we cannot offer any exchanges or refunds.

Any damages, defects, or incomplete orders must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible for exchange or refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.



Import tax and customs duties may be required at the time of delivery in your countries.

codex | edition does not accept returning packages for the reason of non-payment of customs duties.

If the package is returned, the return will be entirely at the customer's expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 



Once you complete a purchase of downloadable or streamable music, the sale is final, complete, and non-refundable. Under no circumstances will the portion of your order that contains digital music be refundable.
